Job summary

Sanderson Managed Services (UK) is seeking a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment delivery for leading organisations across the UK. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support onboarding while collaborating with hiring managers, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver a smooth recruitment process.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience with ATS/CRM/VMS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination, project coordination, PMO, administration, HR, talent acquisition, or a similar support role.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, VMS, HR, or project management systems.
• Confident with data, reporting, and process-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating interviews and recruitment activity across multiple vacancies
• Managing candidate communications and delivering an excellent candidate experience
• Supporting hiring managers, suppliers, recruiters, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Coordinating onboarding and pre-employment screening activities
• Maintaining accurate records and recruitment data
• Producing reports and supporting recruitment insights
• Ensuring compliance with client requirements and recruitment processes
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
