Qualifications

• Strong organisational and people skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy approval through to appointment.
• Create and advertise vacancies across multiple channels.
• Manage applications and keep accurate recruitment records.
• Arrange interviews, assessments and candidate communications.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and pre-employment checks.
• Support onboarding and new starter activities.
• Maintain recruitment systems and reports; support process improvements.
