Job summary

Sense Scotland is seeking a Recruitment Administrator (Onboarding) in Glasgow to support the full onboarding journey. You’ll coordinate interviews, manage candidate activity in the ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

With a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, you’ll handle references, offers, and safer recruitment checks while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a compliant recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and safer recruitment guidance is desirable.
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate activity through the ATS and coordinate interviews.
• Support hiring managers and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth process.
• Issue offers, process outcomes, and maintain recruitment records with compliance.
• Obtain and verify references and monitor onboarding progress.
