Job summary

DVLA's IT Services (ITS) Directorate invites applications for a Recruitment Manager role in Swansea. You will lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, coordinating panels and interviews and working with hiring managers to attract IT talent.

The role supports a hybrid working pattern with a focus on delivering high-quality candidate experiences. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage recruitment activity from attraction through onboarding, and contribute to workforce planning

Qualifications

• Requires experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and deadlines
