We're seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with previous recruitment experience and a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practice.
You’ll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
A customer-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
You’ll be confident supporting or managing recruitment activity from attraction through to onboarding, delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience while contributing to workforce planning and talent acquisition objectives.
