Job summary

• Act as overarching contact point for DVLA business areas across service/product boundaries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enable ITS engagement on operational topics.
• Engage in projects and major change activity to assess business impacts and transition to live status.
• Provide two-way communication between ITS and business areas on ITSM issues and major incidents.
