Lifeways Group in Cobham is hiring caring, compassionate Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities in a 24/7 care setting. You’ll support daily living, help people gain confidence, travel independently, and participate in day trips and community activities.

We value person-centred care and provide full training (including NAPPI & BSL), ongoing development, and clear progression into senior and leadership roles.

Qualificações

• Experience as a support/care worker or in a customer-facing role providing support to others.
• Commitment to person-centred care with empathy and respect.
• Willing to complete training including NAPPI and BSL.

Responsabilidades

• Support adults with learning disabilities in a 24/7 care setting.
• Help individuals build confidence, independence, and daily living skills.
• Assist with community activities, outings, and transport where appropriate.
• Foster safe, respectful relationships and person-centred care.
