Lifeways Group is hiring a Care Support Worker to serve Swansea, Tumble and Llanelli communities. If you’re compassionate and motivated, you’ll help people with learning disabilities and complex needs live independent lives in their local area, with training and ongoing support from Lifeways.

You’ll develop daily living skills, encourage activity participation, and build meaningful relationships with service users and their families.

Shift Patterns

We Provide Support Across a Range Of Shifts Between
Full time - 37.5 Hours Contract
Part time -22.5 Hours Contract

• 7:00am - 10:00pm
• 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Sleep-in shifts available

You will work across two local services, so flexibility is important.
