Job summary

Lifeways is the UK's largest supported living provider, helping people with autism, learning difficulties, acquired brain injury and complex needs live more independent, fulfilling lives. We’re seeking caring team members to join Lifeways Halifax services, where you’ll support adults in a community setting and access full training and development opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

At our Halifax services, people come together as a community. The individuals we support are young adults who enjoy shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, playing the guitar, walking, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community.

We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
