Lifeways is recruiting a Support Worker at Warrens Shawe Lane, Edgware. This role supports adults with a range of needs in a purpose-built supported living service featuring seven apartments and communal areas, with 12-hour day and night shifts and weekend availability.

You will help with daily tasks, personal care and activities designed to promote independence and confidence, with full training provided and a supportive team environment.

About Warrens Shawe Lane

We’re recruiting Support Workers for Warrens Shawe Lane, our purpose‑built supported living service in Edgware. The service includes seven modern, spacious apartments across three floors, each with its own lounge, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. There is also a communal lounge, enclosed garden, and onsite laundry facilities, creating a warm and inclusive environment.

Shifts & Contracts

• 12‑hour shifts (8am-8pm - Days) (8pm-8am Waking Nights)
• Weekday and weekend availability
