Job summary

Lifeways Guildford Service is seeking compassionate team members to help young adults live more independently and achieve personal goals. You’ll work as part of a close-knit, supportive team, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life. Full-time and part-time roles available, with training and development support.

We offer DBS paid for, training days and opportunities to pursue qualifications, along with a welcoming, values-driven workplace where every day makes a real difference.

• Full-time (37.5hrs/week)

What You'll Be Doing

At our Guildford Service, people come together as a community. The individuals we support are young adults who enjoy shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, playing the guitar, walking, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community.
We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
