Lifeways Cobham is hosting a recruitment day for Support Workers to join a brand-new team. You will support adults with learning disabilities in a 24/7 care setting and help them gain independence and confidence in daily activities.

We value empathy and commitment to person-centred care. Full training including NAPPI & BSL is provided, with ongoing support and opportunities to progress within Lifeways as part of One Team that’s Honest, Innovative.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in a customer-facing role where you've supported others.
• Commitment to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect.
• Full training including NAPPI & BSL and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed.

Responsabilidades

Help to build a new service - We'rebuilding a brand-new team in Cobham and are looking for people who want to shape the culture from day one - With easy access from Byfleet, West Byfleet, Addlestone, Weybridge, Leatherhead and Woking.

Pay Rate: £13.90p/h
Location:Cobham, Surrey
Contract: Full Time, Part time & Bank
Shift Pattern:Monday–Sunday, working alternate weekends

Day shifts Varied between: 07.00 - 22:00
Waking Night Shifts: 22:00-7:00

You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge in a 24/7 care setting. Every day is different, and every moment matters. Whether that’s supporting someone to gain confidence using public transport, enjoy a day out with friends, work towards employment, build independence or achieve something they never thought possible, you’ll play a huge part in helping people live the lives they choose.

• Have experience as aSupport Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in a customer-facing role where you've supported others
• Are committed to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect
