Jobtailor is partnering with Sky to support Early Careers recruitment and attraction campaigns. You will manage candidate experiences from first contact through onboarding, develop talent pipelines, and respond to queries within SLA timeframes.

Qualifications

• Experience in early careers recruitment or campus hiring.
• Ability to plan and run assessment centres with logistics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with the UK higher education system and recruitment cycles.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of marketing and attraction campaigns.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Develop talent pipelines for early careers programmes.
• Respond to queries within SLA timeframes.
• Plan and run assessment centres and handle logistics.
• Provide post-assessment feedback and manage ATS pipelines.
• Follow internal processes, visa and eligibility requirements.
• Support offers and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate events and campaigns with partners.
• Build knowledge of the Early Careers landscape and trends.
