Job summary

Jobandtalent is seeking an Onsite Coordinator in Rochdale to manage the end-to-end candidate journey during peak recruitment periods. You will be the main point of contact for candidates and workers, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include interviewing, coordinating inductions, and tracking recruitment KPIs while maintaining accuracy and professional communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end candidate journey from interview to start date.

• Ensure onboarding documentation and Right to Work checks are fully compliant.
• Monitor and report on recruitment performance against KPIs.
