March Recruitment is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent and HR team in the UK. You’ll coordinate end-to-end campaigns, attract high-quality candidates for permanent vacancies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Working closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external agencies, you’ll manage administration, schedule interviews, write engaging adverts, build talent pools, and contribute to onboarding and process improvements.

• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
• Experience sourcing candidates and maintaining talent pools.
• Experience writing engaging job adverts and selecting channels.

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns for permanent vacancies.
• Manage recruitment administration, including candidate communication, interview scheduling and coordination.
• Create engaging job adverts and identify effective channels to attract quality talent.
• Oversee candidate sourcing and maintain talent pools to support current and future vacancies.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies.
• Ensure recruitment practices promote equality, diversity and inclusion while delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Work with the wider HR team and line managers to support onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and talent attraction strategies.
• Represent the organisation at recruitment events and career fairs to build talent networks.
