An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bank Recruitment Coordinator in a busy Recruitment Team, supporting senior managers across clinical and non-clinical specialties. The Recruitment Team is part of the People Services Directorate at St John & St Elizabeth’s Hospital and St John’s Hospice, committed to high standards in patient care. We seek someone passionate and experienced to help us deliver excellent customer care.
The successful candidate will embody our values, support our team approach, and demonstrate collaboration at all levels, ensuring exceptional candidate and customer experiences.
This role reports to the Recruitment Manager and is suitable for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator, preferably with healthcare background, though all relevant experience will be considered. Responsibilities include providing effective and timely recruitment services throughout the recruitment cycle to ensure a positive candidate journey.
The postholder will deliver efficient administrative support, work independently, and make effective decisions, prioritizing workload amidst interruptions.
This is an on-site position located in St John’s Wood, near Central London, at a private hospital renowned for high-quality care, with profits funding the onsite Hospice.
