About the role...
The role of Recruitment Coordinator is tosupport the recruitment process by assisting the recruitment manager and home managers with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, posting job listings, and managing candidate communication, ensuring a smooth and organized hiring process with a key focus on onboarding and compliance.

This role is predominantly working remotely, however there is an expectation to travel to our homes where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinating interview schedules, confirming with candidates and hiring managers, and managing interview logistics where applicable.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS, including candidate profiles, resumes, and application status.
  • Maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, answering inquiries and providing updates where applicable.

Paperwork and Documentation:

  • Managing and organizing candidate paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements having full oversight of all homes.
  • Background Checks: Coordinating and managing background checks and reference checks ensuring compliance for all homes.
  • Preparing and distributing offer letters to successful candidates where applicable.

Candidate Experience:

  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation and providing necessary resources for both overseas and general recruitment.
  • Acting as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Gathering feedback from candidates and using it to improve the recruitment process.

Collaboration:

  • Working closely with the recruitment team, home managers, and other HR members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and other HR staff.

Other Duties:

  • Tracking key recruitment metrics and providing data to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implementing solutions
