The Recruitment Coordinator will need to have excellent organisational and administrative skills to provide proactive support to the recruitment team nationally.

The role requires someone to prioritise tasks appropriately and be able to use initiative, liaise with people at all levels across the firm professionally, and produce high-quality work quickly and accurately. The role demands a vision of end-to-end processes, taking ownership rather than focusing solely on individual tasks.
