About the Team

Process Excellence is an exciting new team crafted within the Employee Experience area. This team will own end-to-end People Processes, provide leading design expertise enabling delivery of world-class global standard, optimised experiences for our employees, and will provide both strategic and operational Partnership and Leadership to our HR COE teams, enabling the HR model of the future.

  • Lead with deep expertise in recruitment process design, HR strategy, and cutting-edge technology trends.

  • Partner with stakeholders to turn complex business needs into streamlined, tech-enabled HR solutions.

  • Drive performance and innovation using platforms likeWorkday,ServiceNow, and other cloud-based HR systems.

  • Champion a connected, process-driven mindset that breaks down functional silos and delivers results.

  • Guide cross-functional teams with clear communication, agile execution, and a business-first focus.

What you will bring

  • A proven track record in recruitment process design,HR system implementation and transformation initiatives with measurable success.

  • Strong understanding of HR technology architecture, risk management, and engineering principles.

  • Experience of designing recruitment experiences in Workday.

  • Experience with methodologies such asAgile,Waterfall,Design Thinking,Lean Six Sigma, and more.
