The Opportunity

After recently moving into new offices in the heart of Glasgow City Centre, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team of 30! This exciting opportunity is to work within our Technology business. This team is a truly collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing and one that contributes significantly to the success of the wider Glasgow office and Scottish region.

You’ll be supported by specialist consultants working within specific industries and be based within a smaller team of between 3 – 8. We will provide you with more than just a job, we offer you the training and a career where you can expect to be:

• Identifying and building partnerships with both new and existing clients and candidates
• Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of customers.
• Partnering with new candidates and working with them to secure their career ambitions.
• Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job
