Job summary

The British Army, in partnership with Capita Recruiting Partnering Project, is hiring a Recruiter in Coventry. You will manage local attraction and recruitment activities, interview candidates, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

You will engage with educational providers, build stakeholder relationships, and meet performance targets while using IT tools. A full UK driving licence is required; salary is £28,000 with enhanced leave and pension benefits.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback. What you'll be doing:

• Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers
• Working with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army
• Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
• IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have a full UK drivers' licence, Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantage
