Capita Recruiting Partnering Project is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Colwyn Bay to support the British Army’s recruitment journey. You’ll interview candidates, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and lead events to raise awareness of Army careers.

Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as a Recruiter based in Colwyn Bay.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback.

• Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates

Essential Qualifications/skills/experience

• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
• IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite
• Full UK drivers licence is required

Desirable Qualifications/skills/experience

• Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantage
