Job summary

Capita Recruiting Partnering Project in Colwyn Bay is seeking a Recruiter to support the British Army recruitment journey. You will interview candidates, deliver a high-quality candidate experience, and lead attraction events to raise awareness of Army careers.

You’ll work with schools and education partners, manage diverse stakeholders, and use social media to engage with candidates. The role offers a salary of 28,000, generous holiday, pension and wellbeing benefits.

• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service.
• IT literate using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as a Recruiter based in Colwyn Bay.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback.

Desirable qualifications/skills/experience

• Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantage
