Indeed Flex is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a Retail Recruitment Hub at a leading Distribution Centre in Daventry. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across retail vacancies and partner with store managers to keep hiring on track.

The role offers hybrid work after training, with initial office-based weeks, a 36-hour week, and a start date in late September. Successful candidates will deliver a great candidate experience and coordinate interviews and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience within a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of retail vacancies.
• Build strong relationships with store hiring managers and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Manage candidate offers and onboarding activity.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Identify recruitment challenges and proactively implement solutions to improve attraction and hiring outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider resourcing team.

Pay rate: £16.46 per hour (inclusive of £1.77 holiday pay)

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm | 36 hours per week

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Consultant to join a busy Retail Recruitment Hub based at a leading Distribution Centre in Daventry. Working as part of a wider resourcing team, you will play a key role in attracting and recruiting exceptional candidates across multiple retail locations. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where you will work closely with hiring managers and support the full recruitment lifecycle.

Working pattern

• First 2-3 weeks: Office-based, Monday to Friday
• Following training: Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
• Applicants must be available to attend work during the first 6 weeks of employment
• Occasional weekend work may be required
