Job summary

Pertemps Logistic Contracts is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team in Normanton, Wakefield. The role reports to the Senior Contract Manager and operates Monday to Friday with flexible hours, ideally part time.

You will place adverts, screen applications, onboard candidates, perform right-to-work checks and manage CRM/Unity systems to support warehouse hiring across sites. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is required.
• Experience placing adverts and screening applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites.
• Answer recruitment enquiries.

• Monitor and manage performance of warehouse colleagues.
• Ensure accuracy throughout the recruitment process.

Reports to: Senior Contract Manager

This role is Monday to Friday

Hours ar flexible - ideally part time hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites
• Answering recruitment enquires
• Screening, processing and on-boarding candidates for induction & training
• Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates
• Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleagues
• Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process
• Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity
• Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.
• Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance

Key behavioural skills:

• To possess a good level of communication skill, both oral and written.

• Great Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise where needed.
