• Build and maintain client relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate worker bookings, shifts and availability.
• Manage workforce issues (attendance, performance, welfare).
• Support vetting and security clearance processes.
• Ensure compliance (right-to-work, qualifications, site requirements).
• Maintain records and internal systems.

The Role

You will be responsible for sourcing a wide range of construction workers, while building strong relationships with both the client and on-site workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and place construction and civils operatives (Groundworkers, Plant Operators, Steel-Fixers, Supervisors etc.)
• Work collaboratively across a shared labour desk to meet workforce demand
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate worker bookings, shifts, and availability
• Manage and resolve workforce issues (attendance, performance, welfare)
• Support vetting and security clearance processes
• Ensure full compliance (right-to-work, qualifications, site requirements)
• Maintain accurate records and internal systems
