Fortel is seeking a Recruitment Consultant – Construction to join a fast-paced team supporting major projects across the UK. You will source a wide range of construction workers and build strong relationships with clients and on-site teams.

This role focuses on delivery and workforce coordination, with full training and clear career progression. No sales or cold calling, and you will work in a collaborative environment across the labour desk to meet demand.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment (all sectors considered).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confident working with both clients and site-based workers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and place construction operatives (groundworkers, plant operators, steel-fixers, supervisors).
• Collaborate across labour desk to meet workforce demand.
• Build and maintain client relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate worker bookings, shifts and availability.
• Manage workforce issues (attendance, performance, welfare).
• Support vetting and security clearance processes.
• Ensure compliance (right-to-work, qualifications, site requirements).
• Maintain records and internal systems.
