Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a driven recruitment professional in Sunderland to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. You will build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, and actively win new business through sales calls and client visits.

No prior recruitment experience is required as comprehensive in-house training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment with clear progression opportunities.

Salary & Package:

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission

About the Role:

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break

Office based role.

A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
