The Best Connection Group Ltd in Sunderland is seeking a driven individual to join our recruitment team. This office-based role offers full training with no prior recruitment experience required, plus clear career progression and training opportunities.

You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, source and interview talent, and work toward achievable sales targets with support and mentorship.

Salary & Package:

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

About the Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify andwin new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

  Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break

  Office based role.

  A full current driving licence is required for client visits.
