Job summary

Search Consultancy is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant for the Healthcare Division in Leeds City Centre. You will learn the full temporary recruitment cycle, sourcing and placing nurses and care staff, while building relationships with healthcare clients and developing new business.

No recruitment experience is required; what matters is drive, resilience and a hunger to win. You’ll receive training, coaching and an uncapped commission structure with a clear path to progression within

What you'll be doing

• Learn the full temporary recruitment cycle, from taking a client's brief through to placement and ongoing relationship management.
• Source, screen and register candidates, including nurses, senior carers and care assistants, keeping them engaged and ready for work.
• Fill temporary vacancies for healthcare clients, making sure they get a fast, reliable and compliant service.
• Build relationships with healthcare clients by phone, growing your confidence and your own client base as you develop.
• Take on business development activity such as cold calling, networking and market mapping, with coaching to help you win new clients.
• Keep accurate records on our internal CRM, tracking vacancies, candidates and client activity.

• A background in sales, ideally with a track record of hitting targets, and a clear desire to build a long-term career in recruitment.
