Job summary

MRJ Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced sales professionals to own their market and drive significant business impact. This role offers uncapped commissions, the freedom to build a personal brand, and a pathway to leadership as you grow with the company.

You will own the UK and US GTM opportunities in Supply Chain and Commerce Tech, building relationships with high-quality clients and candidates while delivering top-level results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or target-driven environments such as SaaS, retail or recruitment.
• Ambitious and motivated by success with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working toward targets and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify GTM opportunities across the UK & US within Supply Chain and Commerce Tech.
• Win new business, grow existing accounts and become known in your market.
• Develop 360 perm & contract business: market mapping, pitching to clients, negotiating terms and delivering top candidates.

Role:

We’re looking for experienced, high-performing sales execs to join our team. This role is designed for experts who want to take full ownership of their market, maximise their earnings, and drive significant business impact.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Identifying GTM opportunities across the UK & US within the Supply Chain and Commerce Tech industries
• You’ll win new business, grow existing accounts and become known within your specialist market rather than simply chasing vacancies.
• Play an integral part in developing our 360 perm & contract business: market mapping, identify and pitching to new clients, negotiating terms and delivering top level candidates
• Building, utilising your network and developing your industry knowledge to partner with high quality candidates and long-term clients

The person profile:

We're not looking for experienced recruiters (altho we won't say no), we're looking for ambitious salespeople who want to thrive and make a different.

If you've spent 2+ years or more in sales, whether that's SaaS, retail, hospitality, recruitment or another target-driven environment, you've already learned the hardest part, we will teach you the rest.
