Proactive Staff are an ambitious recruitment start up in Nottingham city centre. We are looking for a 360 Industrial Consultant or Sales Consultant to grow the business and your career! Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for everything from sourcing candidates to winning clients. You will have direct input into all aspects of the business giving you real independence and job satisfaction every day!

• Business Development (sales), cold calling, meetings, presentations and generating the data base with access to all industries and locations
• Writing great ads to attract candidates, screening and interviewing
• Selecting applicants and filling vacancies
• Client Account Management, building authentic, great business relationships
• Managing candidate pool and their expectations

You will be comfortable working in a small team, with the ability to motivate yourself and stay focused. As the business grows you will be involved in the hiring of future colleagues, developing the culture and what the company looks and feels like.
