Job summary

The Best Connection is actively seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant in Preston for a 12-month maternity cover contract. The role covers the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, with a strong emphasis on building lasting client and candidate relationships.

We offer comprehensive training, guidance and ongoing support, plus structured progression, a generous uncapped commission structure and a path to Level 3 Recruiter Qualification.

Salary & Package:

• Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)
• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commissionRecruitment Consultant -12 months+experience:
• £28,000-£29,500 basic salarydependent on experience
• OTE:£31,000 – £34,000 including commission

About the Role:

Branch bonuses:

Very hot desk, very profitable busy branch.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)

Office based role.

A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
