Job summary

Proactive Staff Ltd in Nottingham city centre is seeking a 360 Industrial Consultant or Sales Consultant to grow the business and your career. This opportunity is ideal for someone already working within Recruitment or someone from a transferable industry such as estate agency or sales.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, develop new clients, and build strong relationships. The role is office-based in a vibrant startup environment with uncapped commission and a competitive package.

Qualifications

GCSEs, English and Maths or A-Levels / equivalent or Degree.
CIPD qualification advantageous but not essential.
Recruitment industry qualifications e.g. REC advantageous but not essential.
Sales qualifications.
Full UK Drivers licence and full unrestricted access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Business Development (sales), cold calling, meetings, presentations and generating the data base with access to all industries and locations
Writing great ads to attract candidates, screening and interviewing
Selecting applicants and filling vacancies
Client Account Management, building authentic, great business relationships
Managing candidate pool and their expectations

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for everything from sourcing candidates to winning clients. You will have direct input into all aspects of the business giving you real independence and job satisfaction every day!
