Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Exeter healthcare desk. This 360 role gives you full ownership—from business development to candidate placement and client management—within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will source, screen and interview candidates, build relationships with clients, and work towards and exceed sales targets. Training and clear career progression are provided in a supportive team.
