Search is seeking an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Healthcare division in Leeds City Centre. You will manage a portfolio of healthcare clients, win new business, and build lasting relationships with care and nursing providers.

Demand for skilled healthcare professionals continues to grow, and the providers who rely on us need a recruitment partner who can deliver quality, compliance and consistency. We are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Healthcare team in Leeds and play a key part in expanding our presence across the care or nursing sectors.

You’ll inherit a portfolio of existing clients to manage and nurture, but we're looking for someone who wants more than that. This role suits a consultant who is driven to grow the desk through their own business development, winning new clients, opening new relationships and building a client base that is genuinely theirs.

• Take on a portfolio of existing healthcare clients, with the freedom and support to build your own business alongside it.
• 0% threshold in your first 6 months, allowing you to start earning quickly and commission paid up to 35%
• Work alongside a team with extensive Healthcare experience, and a senior leadership team who know the sector inside out.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and grow our existing healthcare client relationships across West Yorkshire, delivering a high standard of service.
• Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking and market mapping, bringing new care and nursing providers on board.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from taking the initial brief through to placement and ongoing relationship management.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, including nurses, senior carers and care assistants, and keep them engaged throughout their journey.
• Manage temporary and permanent vacancies, making sure clients get a fast, reliable and compliant service.
• Keep accurate records on our internal CRM, tracking vacancies, candidates and client activity.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in managing similar temporary recruitment desk, ideally within healthcare, care or nursing.
• A genuine appetite for business development, with the drive to win new clients as well as manage existing ones.
• Confidence in building rapport and trust with clients and candidates alike.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A competitive, driven and ambitious mindset, always looking to win and progress further.
• The resilience and energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A UK driving license and own vehicle is preferred.
