Job summary

Eurobase People, part of the Eurobase Group, seeks an Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant for IT & Technology. The role is office-based in London / Chelmsford, Essex, with a base salary and uncapped commission, and an opportunity to scale a specialist desk across UK and Europe.

You will own your market, build relationships, win new business, and manage the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, with support and autonomy to progress your career.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within IT, Technology, Digital, Engineering, ERP or similar markets.
• Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A driven, resilient, and commercially minded approach.
• Desire to continuously develop and progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your own specialist IT desk and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop long-term client relationships and win new business.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from vacancy qualification to offer management.
• Source, attract and engage high-quality technology professionals.
• Provide clients with salary benchmarking and recruitment advice.
• Negotiate offers and guide processes through to completion.

The Opportunity

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own specialist desk, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and managing long term client relationships
• Winning new business and growing existing accounts
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer management
• Sourcing, attracting, and engaging high quality technology professionals
• Providing clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice
• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion
• Building your own specialist market and personal brand
