Eurobase People is seeking an Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant for IT & Technology in the UK. You will own your market, win new business, manage the full lifecycle, and place top technology professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role.
• Experience recruiting within IT, Technology, Digital, ERP or related markets.
• Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Confident in winning new business and developing existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Driven, resilient and commercially minded with a desire to grow your market.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop long-term client relationships.
• Win new business and grow existing accounts.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to offer and placement.
• Source, attract and engage high-quality Technology professionals.
• Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice.
• Negotiate offers and manage processes through to completion.
• Build your own specialist market, network and personal brand.
