The Role: As Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of our busy Erdington branch. You’ll lead by example, ensuring high sales performance, exceptional customer service, and a top-tier candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing branch operations, driving sales and service.
2. Coaching, mentoring, and supporting your team to reach their full potential.
3. Building new business and maintaining strong client relationships.
4. Leading client visits and upskilling staff.
5. Ensuring full compliance and uploading candidate data into the CRM system.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Experience: At least 3 years in recruitment, ideally within the industrial temporary sector.
2. Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to win new business and close deals.
3. Leadership: Skilled in managing people, with a focus on motivation and development.
4. Compliance Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment legislation and employment laws.
5. Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership.
6. Strategic Mindset: Ability to plan, develop, and execute business strategies to achieve branch goals.
