We are looking for an experienced Manager with a proven track record of running a successful 360 desk alongside leading and developing a small team of recruiters. We are open to industry backgrounds and are seeking someone with a proven record of recruiting and developing a team.

We use a consultative approach with our clients, and this role is all about building relationships – with our clients, candidates, and the wider organization.

Recruitment duties include:

  • Managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights
  • Business development to engage with new clients
  • Liaising with the Sales Director
  • Sourcing candidates using a range of channels including social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.
  • Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs, and producing persuasive bios for clients
  • Networking and attending local network events
  • Client entertainment
  • Driving and achieving the Branch KPIs

Management duties include:

  • Developing and mentoring the team through regular sales plans
  • Conducting regular one-to-ones with team members
  • Performance management
  • Setting and monitoring KPIs
  • Implementing initiatives and projects from senior management
