Role Overview: They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager or senior recruitment consultant seeking the next career stage, responsible for strategic leadership, team development, and business performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to the Birmingham branch, developing and implementing growth strategies
• Manage and develop a high-performing recruitment team, focusing on business development, training, and professional development
• Drive revenue growth through innovative recruitment approaches and strong client relationship management
• Set and achieve ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual billing targets
• Develop and maintain key client relationships within the finance and accountancy sector
