Role Overview: They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager or senior recruitment consultant seeking the next career stage, responsible for strategic leadership, team development, and business performance. The ideal candidate will combine deep recruitment expertise with outstanding leadership skills to propel their branch to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Birmingham branch, developing and implementing growth strategies
  • Manage and develop a high-performing recruitment team, focusing on business development, training, and professional development
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative recruitment approaches and strong client relationship management
  • Set and achieve ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual billing targets
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships within the finance and accountancy sector
  • Implement best practices in recruitment processes and team performance
  • Mentor and coach team members to maximize their potential and career progression

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment
  • Proven track record of successful team management and business development in recruitment
  • Deep understanding of the finance and accountancy recruitment market across the Midlands
