My Client is an independent recruitment agency with an enviable reputation for professionalism and respect across various sectors and offices located UK-wide. They currently have an opportunity for a Billing Recruitment Branch Manager at their Birmingham branch to develop their 'high street' offering (Industrial and Commercial).

Since their formation, they have established a superior client base and grown a large database of candidates with relevant skill sets. They provide a solution sales approach to new business, whether permanent, temporary, or contract, within:

  1. Industrial and semi-skilled
  2. Warehousing
  3. Order Pickers and Packers
  4. Manufacturing and Food Production
  5. Office Support, Telesales, and Administration
  6. PA and Secretarial

My Client seeks a proven Recruitment Branch Manager who is passionate about recruitment and can 'hit the ground running' with local knowledge of Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

This individual will mentor the current team to elevate their performance. It is an opportunity to work within a proactive environment, building strong relationships with key employers in Birmingham and nearby areas. The team is talented and driven, constantly striving for growth.

Their approach involves building one-to-one relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and organizational culture fully. This ensures the placement of suitable candidates who align with the client's culture and the candidates' skills and aspirations.

In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary of up to GBP 45K (dependent on experience and value brought), a superior commission structure, benefits, and a car allowance.
