Role Summary:

We’re seeking a seasoned, strategic Affiliate & Influencer Partnership Manager to lead, develop and oversee our affiliate marketing strategies for top digital creators and influencers. This role involves managing and strategically optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive revenue and brand collaborations. You’ll work closely with creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure successful campaigns that align with our talent’s unique audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Program Development: Establish and manage an affiliate marketing strategy tailored for digital creators.
• Recruitment & Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliate partners, brands, and networks.
• Performance Optimization: Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaign performance and offer content strategy recommendations, ensuring maximum ROI for creators and partners.
• Partnership Coordination: Collaborate with talent managers to align affiliate deals with creators’ brand, content, and audience.
• Negotiation & Contracts: Secure favorable commission structures, bonuses, and long-term agreements for creators.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in influencer affiliate marketing.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing or partnership management, preferably in DTC, eComm, or wellness/CPG sectors.
• Proven experience closing high-value affiliate deals and scaling partner programs.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with affiliate platforms
• Leadership or team management experience preferred.
