Recruitment Assistant

A temporary opportunity based in Chester to support the HR department with the recruitment selection and interview process. This role is available for an immediate start and will run until Christmas with the option to work from home.

Benefits
  • Temp asap start until xmas
  • Hourly rate up to 12.75
  • Full-time or Part-Time
  • After training on site (2 days) can offer hybrid or work from home.

Responsibilities
  • Support HR with recruitment tasks
  • Monitor live jobs and matching CVs
  • CV Selection
  • Speaking with candidates and setting up interviews
  • Speaking with Hire managers
  • General recruitment admin tasks
Qualifications
  • Administration experience essential if from a recruitment background that would be beneficial.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels
  • Ability to work under own initiative and within a team
  • Organised and able to prioritise work
