Job summary

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a Recruitment and People Services Administrator to attract and welcome talented staff across our schools. You will coordinate recruitment activities from vacancy approval through onboarding, ensuring candidates receive an excellent experience at every stage.

Working with a small People Team, you will handle pre-employment checks, maintain accurate records and support managers across our schools with high-quality administrative support across people

What you’ll do

As our Recruitment and People Services Administrator, you will play a key role in attracting and welcoming talented people to our Trust. Working as part of a small, supportive People Team, you will coordinate recruitment activities from vacancy approval through to onboarding, ensuring candidates receive an excellent experience at every stage. You will be responsible for administering essential pre-employment and safeguarding checks, maintaining accurate records and supporting managers across our schools through responding to first line enquiries. Alongside recruitment, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of people services activities, helping to ensure our colleagues receive a proactive, efficient, and professional service.
