Ivy Education Trust is seeking a Recruitment and People Services Administrator to attract and welcome talented staff across our schools. You will coordinate recruitment from vacancy approval through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
You will administer essential pre-employment and safeguarding checks, maintain accurate records, and provide high-quality people services support to managers. This role offers flexible part-time, part-year hours within a values-driven Trust.

As our Recruitment and People Services Administrator, you will play a key role in attracting and welcoming talented people to our Trust. Working as part of a small, supportive People Team, you will coordinate recruitment activities from vacancy approval through to onboarding, ensuring candidates receive an excellent experience at every stage. You will be responsible for administering essential pre-employment and safeguarding checks, maintaining accurate records and supporting managers across our schools through responding to first line enquiries. Alongside recruitment, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of people services activities, helping to ensure our colleagues receive a proactive, efficient, and professional service.
