Job summary

Delta Academies Trust is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy HR & Recruitment Team. You will be the first point of contact for applicants, coordinate interviews, and assist with pre-employment checks.

Located within a large multi-academy trust with 64 academies across Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and the Humber, the role offers a range of recruitment activities, training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries from applicants, academies and colleagues.
• Managing our recruitment inbox and supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
• Creating and advertising vacancies through our recruitment system.
• Coordinating interviews and assessment activities.
• Producing contracts and new starter documentation.
• Completing pre-employment checks and supporting safer recruitment processes.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring our systems are up to date.
• Supporting recruitment training and continuous improvement projects across the Trust.

Holiday Entitlement: minimum 35 days (subject to pro rata if working part time and dependent upon salary and continuous service) including statutory Bank Holidays.
