Job summary

University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Recruitment Administrator for a 15-Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment. The role requires recruitment administration experience, and familiarity with TRAC or similar ATS, plus knowledge of pre-employment checks.

HR/People exposure with ESR and NHS Jobs is desirable. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment administration is essential.
• Experience with TRAC or similar ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is essential.
• Familiar with pre-employment checks requirements and processes.
• Desirable HR/People experience working with ESR and NHS Jobs systems.
• Candidate should be highly organised with an eye for detail and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident and resilient, able to work to tight deadlines while providing a great candidate experience.
