dnata is one of the world’s largest air and travel services providers, offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and catering & retail services at over 130 airports across more than 30 countries. dnata Catering and Retail is a leading in-flight hospitality provider, delivering culinary services and products that enhance passenger experiences.

Purpose of the Role:

The Recruitment Administrator supports Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including posting and screening candidates, arranging interviews, and submitting referencing packs. The role focuses on hourly paid roles at London Heathrow and London City sites, with some travel involved. Reporting to the Shared Services and Recruitment Manager, you will assist with hiring events and inductions, ensuring smooth recruitment processes.

This role is vital within our fast-paced HR Recruitment Team, ensuring efficient recruitment operations.

Stakeholders:

Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, HR Team, Compliance/Referencing Team

External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Advertising and maintaining vacancies on various job boards via ATS (Blue Octopus)
  • Collating management information and reporting weekly/monthly
  • Supporting first-line screening of CVs and providing feedback
  • Arranging interviews and preparing schedules
  • Conducting initial phone screenings
  • Preparing recruitment packs for the Compliance and Referencing Team
  • Supporting with interview feedback
  • Gathering and chasing employment documents (Right to Work, HMRC Forms, criminal checks)
  • Providing broader administrative support as needed
