The Adecco Group in London is seeking a proactive Recruiter/Sourcer to join the team on a hybrid basis (1 day per week in the office). This role focuses on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement and supporting recruitment campaigns across technical and non-technical vacancies.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing in agency, RPO, or in-house roles.
• Hands-on sourcing: proactively identifying and engaging candidates.
• Experience recruiting in technical or specialist markets.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches or similar sourcing tools.
• Experience using ATS and candidate databases.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter / Sourcer to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the sourcing side of recruitment, identifying talent, building candidate relationships and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Unlike a traditional end-to-end recruitment role, you'll focus on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement and supporting recruitment campaigns. You'll work closely with Senior Recruiters across a variety of technical and non-technical vacancies, helping to identify suitable talent, build strong candidate pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal talent pools and other sourcing channels.
• Identifying and engaging suitable candidates for a range of vacancies.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Conducting telephone screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Providing interview preparation and guidance to candidates.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records within recruitment systems.
• Sharing market insights and candidate feedback with Senior Recruiters.
• Supporting the delivery of recruitment campaigns and contributing to a positive candidate experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys finding great talent, building relationships and taking ownership of their work.

Essential - Must have - skills and experience:

• Proven experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing, gained within an agency, RPO or in-house recruitment environment.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience proactively sourcing, identifying and engaging candidates.
• Experience recruiting within technical or specialist markets.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches or similar sourcing tools.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team.
• Confidence in taking ownership of your workload and delivering against deadlines.
